How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at RANGAVENUE is easy:
- To shop clothes by category, please click on any of the links listed in “Shop by Category”. To shop by designer, click on the “Shop by designer” Link.
- Once you have found an item, select your size and country, and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE ITEM' button to delete items from your shopping bag.
- Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.
What payment methods does RANGAVENUE accept?
- We accept Visa, Visa Electron, and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
How will you despatch my order?
- We use the finest international air couriers to ensure your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. Most orders are delivered within 72-96 working hours of despatch; but this may vary depending on where you are located and your local customs authority.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
- All Rangavenue clothes are designer-produced after receiving the order. We do not offer off-the-shelf items. Delivery time varies for each style, and is mentioned in the product details page for each style.
How do I check the status of my order?
- Rangavenue uses the finest international courier to ensure that your order reaches you at your doorstep. On receiving your order Rangavenue will confirm the same with an email and an order number. On the day we despatch your order we will confirm the same with an email mentioning the AWB number. Please log on to the DHL website and check the status of your order.
Is my personal information safe?
- The information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information.Rangavenue believes in never to share/send private information such as your credit card number vide e-mail
Do I get the same colors, textures, embroidery, etc. which I see online?
- All clothes offered on our website is an exercise to provide our customers with maximum choice. It is not possible to exactly replicate the same colors on your outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in shade is normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium. Our constant effort is to meet your expectations and avoid any misunderstanding or discrepancies through our website.
- In the details column of some styles you will see a disclaimer. This disclaimer could be for embroidery or variations in fabric textures. For example in transit or on wearing an embroidered outfit some of the beads may come out. This is because each outfit is handcrafted.
Can I return an item?
- Every outfit is custom made by the designer once an order is confirmed by you.
- Returns are limited only to manufacturing defects only. However the returns will be at your cost, couriered to

Once we receive the returned garment we will replace it with the same size and color. However we will need the same time to make the outfit as mentioned in the details column.
